Raw Material
Coconut husks are collected from local growers and transported to our facility. Only clean, mature, and high-quality husks are selected for processing.
Crushing
Husks are fed into our crushing units, where the outer shell is broken down and the tough fibres begin to loosen from the pith, preparing the material for extraction.
Fibre & Pith Extraction
Specially built extraction machines separate long coir fibre from the pith, pulling clean, strong strands free while the remaining pith is collected for further processing.
Washing
Extracted fibre and pith are thoroughly washed with fresh water to remove dust, salts, and impurities, leaving a clean, consistent raw material ready for drying.
Drying
Washed fibre and pith are spread across open yards to sun-dry naturally, reducing moisture to export-ready levels while preserving natural texture and strength.
Compressing
Dried pith and fibre are compressed into dense blocks and bales using hydraulic presses, maximizing shipping efficiency while maintaining product quality.
Quality Testing
Every batch undergoes strict quality checks for moisture content, fibre strength, and consistency, ensuring only the best material moves forward to packing.
Packing
Tested batches are carefully packed into export-ready bags, bales, or cartons, wrapped and secured to ensure safe handling right through to delivery.
Dispatch
Finished packs are palletized, container-loaded, and dispatched through our logistics network — tracked from our yard to ports and warehouses worldwide.
